When body, breath and mind are one, then we are really in our power and truly happy. This is exactly what the practice of Lu Jong, Tsa Lung and meditation enables.
Lu Jong – Tibetan Healing Yoga works with the body, with our channels - it allows the hardened channels to become supple again. Through Tsa Lung, we move our wind energy (our breath) through the body, allowing it to reach ever deeper places and open more and more subtle channels. The meditation that follows allows our stressed mind to become calm. In this way, body, breath and mind become one inseparable entity.
But at the moment, whether consciously or unconsciously, we suffer from the fact that body, breath and mind are separate, that they do not really work together. And so we often feel stressed, exhausted or suffer from negative emotions.
In this Retreat, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will show us the exercises of Lu Jong, we will work intensively with the breath and Rinpoche will guide us in meditations. Thanks to special techniques we will relax our mind and let body, breath and mind become a complete unity. In this way, we will experience the deep inner peace, the inner strength and the happiness we have been searching for so long.
